“From October 21st to 25th, we invite all Broughton residents, businesses, schools, groups, and organisations to get creative and craft your best scarecrows! All of those who register, will be entered into a competition, with categories for:
- Best Residential
- Best Business
- People’s Favourite
Winner will be announced on Saturday 26th October, at the Toll Bar Cottage.
