An anonymised report will be produced setting out the number of household in housing need (if any) and the required sizes and tenure of homes needed. The report may be used as evidence to support planning applications for small affordable housing schemes to meet local housing need. If new affordable homes are built on a Rural Exception Site, priority will be given to applications with a local connection when they are allocated. Housing need survey results are valid for an approximate period of five years.
Your personal information is kept on file by the Rural Housing Enabler who, if new homes are developed, will keep you informed of progress (subject to your providing contact details above). If you have provided us with your contact details, we will invite you to any meetings or events linked to providing new affordable homes in Caton-With-Littledale.
All personal information supplied on this form will be processed by the Rural Housing Enabler in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. This survey is confidential to the Rural Housing Enabler and the relevant Parish Council and local planning authority. An anonymised summary of the survey responses may be made available in the public domain. We will not sell or disclose your personal information to other organisations or individuals.
For any additional questions not covered above, please reach out to our Rural Housing Enabler Service team.
