Jigsaw and Cool Kidz holiday club was featured in Lancashire Post this weekend!
Community Futures CEO, Denise Partington said “It’s not just learning children have missed out on during lockdown, it’s the chance to socialise, exercise and take part in group activity. The Community Futures summer holiday club at Brockholes, funded by Community Foundation Lancashire, will give children a different experience during the restrictions of lockdown. The programme is packed with outdoor activity and learning about the natural world, creative fun and amusement. Denise Partington, Chief Executive, said, “Children have made huge sacrifices over the past few months, missing out on all the things that make school fun. This is a small thank you to them and of course their parents, who deserve a bit of respite too!”
