Become a member

Membership brings opportunities to be part of a vibrant organisation.

Our membership is structured in line with what our stakeholders have told us would be useful to them and reflects the increasing need to be kept up to date with things that are important to them.

Full membership

For an annual administration fee of £120, individual members or those representing groups, charities or organisations have;

  • access to our strategic documents, plans and trustee decisions throughout the year.
  • opportunities to meet the trustees and learn more about how we meet our charitable objectives.
  • voting rights to appoint trustees and make constitutional changes.
  • opportunities to promote their own charitable causes and share good news stories with other members.
  • free entry to all events, seminars and workshops we hold
  • reasonable travel expenses re-imbursed for attendance at the AGM and be allocated space and/or time there to promote their own work and interests.

Applications for membership is open annually in March. If you would like to become a member, complete and submit an application form.

Applications received after the 1st of April cannot be accepted.

Associate membership

Free for:

  1. Organisations that support the activities of the charity.
  2. People or groups who use services provided by the charity.
  3. People who live or work in the community of benefit.

Associate members get:

  • regular information about all things charity, including notice of funding and changes to regulations and the law.
  • opportunities to promote your own charitable causes and share good news stories with other members.
  • subsidised entry to all events, seminars and workshops we hold.
  • Opportunities to have their views heard on issues that concern you or your community.

Applications accepted all year round

Once we have received you completed application form, we will send you an email to confirm that your application has been approved along with payment instructions. Access to the restricted members page will be given once payment has been received.
